What Is the Range of Loan Amounts Lendmark Financial Services Offers?

The following minimum loan sizes apply:

  • Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, West Virginia: $2000.00
  • Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin: $3000.00

The maximum unsecured loan size is $8000.00. Larger loan sizes are available but collateral requirements will apply.

Does Lendmark Financial Services Report to the Credit Bureau? If So, Which One?

Yes, Lendmark reports monthly to all(3) national credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Please see our Credit Bureau Information page to learn more about how you can submit a request to correct or dispute inaccuracies found on your credit report.

Can I Pay My Loan Payment Without the Coupon from My Statement?

Yes, Lendmark has several ways to access your specific account without the coupon from your statement. Simply make sure your account number is on your check when making your payment.

Can I Pay My Account at Another Lendmark Financial Services Branch?

Yes, you may make a payment on your account at any Lendmark Financial Services branch.

How Can I Get a Deferment on My Loan?

You will need to contact the branch location where you received your loan to discuss your specific situation.

Why Can’t I Have a Payment Book?

As a courtesy to our customers, Lendmark sends out a monthly statement to show that your last payment was applied to your account and provide the current loan balance and payment amount due. The bottom of your monthly statement contains a payment coupon which can be removed and mailed back with your payment in the return envelope provided.

Can I Get My Due Date Changed?

There are certain situations in which your due date may be changed. Please contact the Lendmark Financial Services branch where you received your loan to discuss your specific situation.

How Does Interest Get Applied to My Account?

This depends on what type of account you have. Lendmark has both pre-computed accounts and interest-bearing accounts. Please contact the Lendmark Financial Services branch where you received your loan for further information about your specific account.

Can I Make a Partial Prepayment on My Loan?

Yes. If you pay an amount that is greater than the monthly amount due this additional amount may be applied to your account to reduce the outstanding balance that you owe.

What Form(s) of Payment Does Lendmark Financial Services Accept?

Lendmark currently accepts cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order or debit card payment. You may also contact any Lendmark branch to set-up a one-time or recurring payment via Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank draft.

Can I Make My Payment Online?

Yes, you can make a payment on our site or through the Lendmark Mobile app. You can also make a debit card payment via our automated pay by phone system by dialing 1-866-327-7669.
