Lendmark Financial Services (“Lendmark”) reports information about your account to the three main credit reporting agencies (CRAs), Equifax, Experian, and/or TransUnion. Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, you have the right to directly dispute the accuracy or integrity of the information that Lendmark has reported to the CRAs. You may also contact each of the CRAs directly to dispute the accuracy and integrity of the information reported by Lendmark.

In order to protect your rights regarding any disputed account information, for disputes sent to Lendmark you must do the following:

If any of the above requirements are not met, it may delay a response from Lendmark and/or any resolution of your dispute. Typically, Lendmark will respond to your dispute notice in writing within 30 days of receiving it.
