You are receiving text messages regarding your Lendmark account because you are a Lendmark account holder and agreed to receive text messages from Lendmark at the time that you opened your Lendmark account. You may opt-out from receiving text messages from Lendmark at any time by following the instructions below.

Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. Lendmark is not liable for the cost of any such messages. You acknowledge that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to incur any message or data charges that apply.

Lendmark is not responsible for delays or failures in the transmission of any text message, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier to your mobile device.

Lendmark takes precaution to protect the information you send to us, but we cannot guarantee that information sent via text messaging is completely confidential. Lendmark cannot control the usage and access of your mobile device by third parties. Therefore, the transmission of data to you via text messaging must be taken at your own risk.

Lendmark reserves the right to discontinue its text messaging services at any time. The Lendmark Text Messaging Terms of Use may be modified from time to time. How to Opt-Out of Receiving Text Messages from Lendmark:

If you are a Lendmark account holder and you received an initial text message from us verifying your mobile number to which you did not reply “STOP” as directed, you will continue receiving subsequent text messages regarding your Lendmark account. You may stop receiving text messages through this feature at any time by replying STOP. To receive assistance with text messages you receive through this feature, you may reply HELP at any time.
