Mark was named Chief Information Officer for Lendmark Financial Services, LLC in August 2013.

As the senior-most technology executive for Lendmark, Mark is responsible for development and integration of enterprise wide technology solutions. He develops strategic plans identifying technology applications to support business plans or create new strategic options, identifies and solves for the operational and strategic hardware and software requirements of the business, coordinates with executives across the company to ensure appropriate solutions and execution of delivery systems meet business requirements, ensures appropriate business continuity, audits and conducts risk management as it relates to information security.

In addition to managing a team of IT professionals, Mark provides technology counsel to executives and management and directs all technology budgets and spend, including procurement and standards.

Mark brings over 30 years of professional IT experience combined with 14+ years in Financial Services. His proven record of accomplishment in key areas include: IT Management, Voice/Data Infrastructure, Operations, Facilities and Development. Mark’s scope consists of short and long term strategy to understand complex business processes and match technology solutions to meet the business need with a cost-effective approach.

Specialty areas include, but are not limited to: systems & solutions architect, mergers and acquisitions, corporate problem solver, PCI and SOX compliance, telecommunications (IVR, ACD, etc.) and Data Networks (LAN, WAN).

Prior to joining Lendmark, Mark held the position of Chief Technology Officer/CISO for CompuCredit Corp.

Mark is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Georgia.
