As our communities continue to feel the impact of COVID-19 coronavirus, I wanted to personally share how we’re managing through this evolving situation.

Lendmark has three goals for managing through this and any related situation:

  • Safeguard the health and safety of our customers and employees

  • Implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of transmission at our branches

  • Minimize disruptions and make every effort to keep our branches safely open

These three goals will continue to guide us as we manage through this current, dynamic situation.

In addition to other preventative measures, we have provided guidance to our branches on how to safely disinfect all office equipment and have shipped additional effective cleaning supplies to each of our branches and corporate locations. We are strictly reinforcing our standing policy that employees stay home if sick and have posted signs on our doors asking customers to do the same. Additionally, we have restricted travel for our employees.

We understand that this situation is impacting you and your communities. As a result, we want to remind you that if you decide you do not wish to visit your branch in person, we are ready to serve you in a number of ways:

  • Payments may be made online by going to our website at and clicking PAY ONLINE. You can also call 866-413-8340 (Press 1) and make a payment through our automated system.

  • Applications can be taken with your branch over the phone and online at and click APPLY NOW. You will still have to come into your branch to close the loan.

  • Lendmark Mobile is available to make payments, check balances, view statements and even set alerts.

Lendmark and the communities it serves have proven resilient through natural disasters, H1N1, and other events through the years. We thank you for your time and patience as we try and do our part to help eliminate the current risk.
